Ne-Yo has reportedly filed a motion to establish the paternity of two children he fathered with a woman named Sade. According to TMZ, the singer has also filed for “joint legal and physical custody” of the children.
As The Shade Room previously reported, it was speculated that Ne-Yo fathered both kids during his marriage to ex-wife Crystal Renay.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the singer is asking the court to “establish parentage” of two children he fathered with a woman named Sade.
Additionally, the singer is also seeking “joint legal and physical custody” of the children.
According to the outlet, Ne-Yo has specified that he and Sade had their first son Braiden in 2021. Then, they recently welcomed their second son Brixton in February.
Furthermore, Ne-Yo is also hoping that establishing the paternity of the children would allow them to be eligible for inheritance from him in the future.
