The 78-year-old took to Instagram to announce the birth of his grandson, Edward Finn Coyne, the second child of his daughter Barbara Pierce Bush and her husband, Craig Coyne. The couple, who already have a 2-year-old daughter named Cora Georgia, welcomed their baby boy on August 4.

In a touching post, Bush shared a photo of Barbara and Craig holding their newborn in a hospital bed, their faces glowing with joy. “Welcome to the world, Edward Finn Coyne,” Bush wrote. “Laura and I are thrilled to be the grandparents of our newest addition, who was born on August 4 and named after his great-grandfathers.” He also extended his congratulations to Barbara, Craig, and big sister Cora Georgia.

Barbara’s twin sister, Jenna Bush Hager, also expressed her excitement about becoming an aunt again. The Today show co-host posted a series of adorable photos on Instagram, including one of her feeding Edward and another of Barbara cradling the newborn. “I totally fell in love with my sissy’s baby!” Jenna captioned the post, showcasing the family’s happiness.
