What began as a mother’s worst nightmare when her daughter didn’t come home turned into a massive six-hour search involving multiple agencies and dozens of volunteers. Helicopters circled overhead while ground teams combed the rural property, only to make the devastating discovery of Gracelyn’s body near her family home just before nightfall.
Sheriff Matt Haley confirmed the tragic find but stressed it’s too early to determine if foul play was involved.
