Our Daughter Refused to Open My Parents’ Gift for Her Birthday – Her Reason Left Us Shocked

My daughter Lily was very excited because her fifth birthday was coming up. We chose to celebrate her birthday a little early, though, because we were going on a trip soon. As a result, we threw her a fun party last Saturday with lots of balloons, laughing, and bright gifts that made her eyes sparkle.

After the fun of the day, we went home, where Lily, still dressed as a princess, started excitedly opening her presents. Toys and books were hidden under the paper of each gift, which made her very happy.
