Most of us remember Linda Kozlowski as the spirited journalist Sue Charlton from Crocodile Dundee, the role that made her a global star. But her life off-screen has been just as adventurous as her on-screen escapades.
Born in Fairfield, Connecticut, in 1958, Linda grew up in a Polish-American household where creativity was encouraged. Her love for acting led her to Juilliard, one of the most prestigious performing arts schools in the world. There, she honed her craft, preparing for a career that would soon take her from the stage to Hollywood.
Her big break came in 1986 when she starred opposite Paul Hogan in Crocodile Dundee. The film was a massive success, earning over $328 million worldwide and turning Linda into an overnight sensation.
